Head Coach Neil Cockburn is entering his 15th season as the Warriors' Head Men’s Soccer Coach in 2022. Cockburn was named the Director of Soccer Operations in June of 2022 while also being the chairman of The Sun Conference. He is originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, and he currently resides in Lake Wales, Florida.

In 2013, Coach Cockburn had his best year as a Warrior, guiding his team to a third-place finish in The Sun Conference during the regular season and finishing with an overall record of 9-4-1 en route to winning the TSC Coach of the Year award.

In addition to winning its first postseason match since 2006 with a 3-1 victory over Warner University on November 14, 2020, the 2020 season also represented Webber's first postseason appearance since 2013 and featured the first ever postseason win for Coach Cockburn as the Head Coach of the Warriors.

Coach Cockburn served as an Apprentice of East Sterling under Coach Hugh McCann, a Third Division Professional Team. While in the U.S he has gained his Premier Diploma and Director of Coaching with the NSCAA and currently received his B License with the USSF. His collegiate playing experience was at Iowa Central Community College and at Cardinal Stritch University.

Coach Cockburn came to Webber with over 12 years of coaching experience. He began his career as the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Soccer Coach at Iowa Central Community College in 2001-2002. In 2005-2007, he was the Graduate Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Siena Heights University where he graduated with a Masters in Organization Leadership. During his time at Siena Heights, he served under Bobby Clark as a Camp Instructor at the University of Notre Dame. After graduating, he was a High School Teacher and head women’s soccer coach at Cape Coral High School in 2007-2008.
